Description of Creative Writing eCourse

Writing in the Sand – A Summer Series gives you a chance to work on areas of your life in the quiet of your day.  Journal, create an outline for your new book, ideas for a new business, write a short story, create characters for your fiction work, write music, poetry, learn how to free write or just how to “be still.”  Whatever it is, you participate in this exciting journey no matter where you are that day … on your patio, at the beach or on a boat.

Stimulate your creativity by the ideas generated by Rosemary as she creates the moments for you to be inspired.  This is a virtual writing e-course.  You participate virtually by receiving your assignment prior to the day of the event – via email or snail mail (your choice). 

Your journey may (or will) take you to new levels of heightened awareness and deeper thought using the various topics provided for each class with environments such as sailing on the ocean, a day at the beach and a mountain hike.  Deeper topics will envelop within those environments, including water, movement and creating action; the earth, grounding our being and creating goals; and experiencing the mountain air, relating to your core essence and life purpose.

Rosemary Augustine will be located in these areas on the dates listed and will be experiencing each day’s wisdom as she writes about thoughts, gifts and contributions to a greater purpose of life. 

Sign up, receive your assignment, and join Rosemary in the fun.  Participate spiritually, virtually and organically.  At the end of your assignment, email (or mail) your thoughts or contributions as a result of participating in this unique writing e-course.  A special web page will be uploaded with your responses.  You have 2 weeks to complete each day’s assignment.

If you would like to participate, and feel you would benefit from such a unique writing course,  here’s what you may expect:

·   Assignments to write, journal or create stories of life situations or resolutions to situations, using the location and date as inspiration.

·   Guidance via written words to spark your inner inspiration and creative juices any day.

·   Motivation to create – either in writing or with music, pictures, art (paint or sketch), collage work – whatever your choice of medium.

·   Create – something – to move your creativity forward each time stretching outside your imagination and comfort zone.

Use your imagination – picture each location on the date (or whenever you schedule to do this).  Meditate on what it feels like to be there so that the experience is as close to real for you.    A picture of each location may be provided.  Although this is a writing course, completing the assignments in writing is an option.  You may use any means of creativity… from creating art (paint or sketch), music, poetry, collage, beadwork or other forms of creative inspiration you desire.  Journaling on your thoughts and feelings as well as your finished assignment is greatly encouraged.

Assignments will be emailed (mailed) approximately a week prior to the event.  You have two (2) weeks from the date of the event to complete your assignment returning it via email (or snail mail).  Each day’s writing experiences will have the instructions of what to return after each class.  At the end of the course, a special link on www.RosemaryAugustine.com will provided for you to share your work with other participants.

Writing in the Sand - A Summer Series is only Available June 1 – Aug 31, 2008. Previous writing experience is not necessary, however, experience journaling is highly recommended.  You don’t have to be artistic to participate – which makes it even more fun for you.
